Sandmännchen forever · Karriere einer Kultfigur

Commissioned by LOOKSfilm, LUMALENSCAPE developed the key visual and a comprehensive graphic design package for the documentary “Sandmännchen forever – The Career of a Cult Figure,” which explores the iconic character with the red cap and his dream sand. The 70-minute documentary for the ARD Mediathek and BR Fernsehen not only tells the story of this East German invention but also immerses viewers in the magical world of the television icon, reawakening childhood memories. The scope of work also included the title animation, various VFX shots, inserts, split screens, and the closing credits.
